Technical information
PAL and NTSC
When you're adding new movie to cart, you are requested to select version you want. Please, check your equipment to find, what norm you are able to play:
- VHS NTSC - video casette in NTSC format, used mainly in North America
- VHS PAL - video casette in PAL format, used mainly in Europe
- DVD NTSC - DVD in NTSC format, see notes below
- DVD PAL - DVD in PAL format, see notes below
- DVD PAL+NTSC - dual-side DVD, containing both PAL and NTSC version

If you are playing DVD in your computer, then it does not matter if the DVD is in PAL or NTSC.
When playing DVD of certain standard in standalone DVD player on television, then both DVD player and TV must support playback of the appropriate norm. This function is supported by most of newer DVD players and TVs, but please check your equipment.
Our newer DVDs are dual-side, containing both PAL and NTSC version, each at one side. Check label to know which side is which.

Our DVDs are region free, so they can be played worldwide.
